Resolution

Escalation
If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, or if your complaint remains unresolved for more than eight weeks, eligible customers may refer the matter to the Energy Ombudsman for independent review.

More complex matters may require additional time to investigate. If this happens, we will aim to keep you updated and explain the next steps where possible.
